Their prices are very good, their offer is prime, and the order handling and home delivery is excellent!
Active ltd. Time to change your name! Passive ltd would be the most appropriate name. The service is awful. It can be subdued for hours at the counter. Every salesman is doing his little thing on the computer. I left the whole thing up for an hour waiting. Sellers are uncomfortable, I have not seen a smile yet. Absolutely no customer centricity is applied. There was a time when I almost believed something had happened. They asked me what I wanted? They kindly served me and I'm done. I have been to several times since then and unfortunately meet again Passive Ltd! Get yourself together! Parking is easy. The selection is huge, but most are not quality! What I missed: aerosol paints, lubricants, quality angle grinding wheels.
