Liked - We liked complimentary SPA access with very warm water, great performance / price ratio, good dinner and breakfast, our room was clean with very comfortable bed, parking included. Overall I would recommend this place and I rate it 7.8 / 10. Disliked · The receptionist could not speak English, just German and staff on dinner was useless. We did not get any drinks and when we asked the staff to bring us menu, we did not get anything even after 10 minutes. There were only 5 tables occupied though. Parking lot was pretty small, so if you have bigger car you might have problems in there. Breakfast/dinner was tasty, but only a very few options to chose from.

My husband and I arrived for his birthday to find 2 separate beds in the room. This was after we had requested 1 double bed for us as we are a young married couple. We went to see the room and immediately went back down stairs to ask to have the bed changed. The receptionist didn't speak any English and so called a colleague to help us. He understood and said someone would come up to help shortly. When the housekeeper came she to didn't speak any English,spoke to us in her language while pointing at the beds and then left. She didn't come back and we were then stuck with separate beds for his birthday. On top of that our shower didn't drain and no matter what you do the shower floods the floor. The hotel is very out dated and the 'gym' advertised is not a gym at all!! It is 3 cycle bikes-that's all. The indoor pool has a horrible smell. The food was okay however breakfast didn't get replenished. And despite the fact that the staff don't speak English they seemed nice.

Very poor customer experience. Rubbish food. Some of the staff is alright until they want you to buy something when it comes to admit a mistake or compensate their mess suddenly the kind mask melts off from their face. The whole place screaming for a good refurbishment. However the wellness section I could enjoyed. Probably cuz I didn't have any expectations.

The staff was great and helped a poor English speaker find his way around. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My favorite part was the pool though. A hot indoor pool in freezing weather is glorious!
