On December 19, 2020, late to visit, I visited the Euronics store in Nyíregyháza to buy a Christmas present. The featured Iphone 7 would have been the last piece on display in a glass showcase. I signaled to the seller, who seemed helpful at the time, that I wanted to. An expensive "gentleman" took him out of his little closet, the two of us looked at the otherwise flawless device and said he was going back to the warehouse for his box. After 10-15 minutes, he came across the fact that the power screen lock button on the device was not working as intended, stuck. This is already interesting because when he first brought it out he had no problem to suggest it. Furthermore, our dear man said so that unfortunately they cannot sell it and then put the otherwise "faulty" device back in its place. He added that we could buy it, but it was quite uncomfortable to rush into service with him right away even though we hadn’t even gifted him there. Nevertheless, I didn't feel such a mistake (our man was already noticeably limping in something here), and then they give it to the citizen cheaper. But no, this is not possible in any form. Interestingly, elsewhere this is an option. Then if I already buy the goose on a fat basis. Okay, then he's talking to a colleague. Again, after about 15 minutes of waiting, our helpful man shows up behind the counter (he didn't have a box in his hand yet), muttered something to one of the sales ladies from whom he could hear so much "don't do it anymore," and then interestingly brings the device box from there. I think from the back warehouse MZ / X way was sent by mail to the cash registers. Yeah, it doesn't matter. 5-10 minutes comes to help boy, there is another problem, there is no box charger and earphones. That particular thread is already torn here. I told him that what he was doing is already in his cabaret and he was outraged. I could have called a store manager, but what do I do with it ... just as much as with this kid. I believe one of my colleagues needs his brother's son's girlfriend, but then why not buy it, why is it on display, why should this show be played ??? Pity gang, I was there last time.

The seller, noticing the buyer, continued to talk to a colleague. He had to be asked separately to deal with the customer. The seller was unprepared for the product .... Not the first time I experienced it! They also misinformed about the duration of the warranty. I also had a question at the checkout, but I didn’t get an answer. In the store, I felt like I still had to apologize for getting lost. Helpful sellers known from TV commercials certainly don’t have to look here. Those I asked for help were certainly not like that. Of course, I formed my opinion under the influence of the circumstances that affected me. I hope others only have positive experiences.

The sellers are very helpful, if we buy a household appliance, we always come here. Thank you for everything.

There is no problem with the business and service itself. Unfortunately, home delivery services are scandalous. No contact will be made during loading due to any damage indicated on the delivery note. Of course, I have to write a complaint letter to which I get a legal reference in a month that I am not responsible for the damage caused until I have proved how predictable it was when the loader crashed the wall out of negligence. Hmm .. interesting .. In summary, I do not recommend anyone to use this service, especially for 5590 HUF.
