If you on a canou / kayak trip on the Tisza it's a must have stop! Beautiful flora and fauna. When the river's water level is low there's a fantastic sand "island" where you can wild camp.

Once upon a time, about 30-35 years ago from family, every year this place was where we vacationed. Tent camp, friends, neighbors, everyone came here. Many beautiful memories as a child. I hope you can still visit the place. It is a memory of recent decades that it has become inaccessible with a traditional passenger car (embankment closed, roads leading there plowed, etc.). I wonder if you can still get there somehow today ...
