Miskolc, which has a significantly smaller population than Debrecen, has 4-4 government windows in Pécs, 3 in Nyíregyháza, and only 2 in Debrecen !!!! In vain, clerks spin the serial numbers when an amount of customers arrives that is impossible to cope with in normal time. I could easily imagine a new steering window e.g. in Tesco or the Mill Park.
Opening hours are very wrong. A good few of us waited this morning at 7 to open, but nothing. I woke up unnecessarily because of this at 5:30.
It is completely unnecessary to book an appointment, the waiting time is still 30 minutes.
The online system invites three customers at a time.
The place is clean and the customer service colleagues are helpful.
