Let's say this could have been announced in Kálvin tér, being that I was there at 15.00 .... I think it is adapted to the working people so that they can bank after work ...... I can't wait to cancel my account.

I would start by wanting to share my own experience and opinion. I WILL NEVER BRING K&H BANK AND MY INSURANCE HERE AGAIN. I wanted to open a business account online; it took about 20 minutes to complete everything online, then someone else was called 2x and held a total of more than half an hour on the phone. Then, terrified that this was all, I went into the Bank Branch just to sign, but I also waited 1:15 minutes there, and unfortunately it didn't work, the system didn't work, they almost broke down, because my parking ticket had expired soon. (I switched to OTP in 30 minutes with 2 accounts opened). The thing below criticism is beating the offer today: I went in today to cancel my account because I no longer need it, they didn’t want to cancel it because I bought with it yesterday, that is, because I used it to buy within 48 hours. The office manager, could not tell where this is in the Terms and Conditions in it. Of course, I don’t have to come to my rage until my 45-minute parking ticket expires. After my unsuccessful attempt to open an account, the telephone clerk said that I was not lucky, that is, banking at K&H Bank depends on luck. After that, I even go to the other side of the street when I see K&H Bank. Terrible and the worst part is that I have to go back again and maybe I won’t even succeed and pay for 6-800 ft of parking again.

Long wait while no customer is in the bank. There is no problem with the work of customer service afterwards.

They do not deal with customers. They kept waiting unnecessarily. They'd rather talk to each other. Anyone who can do it in a big arc should avoid this pot.
