I also ordered a week of waiting after neither reply nor notification. When I looked at the profile during processing. In the meantime, I ordered it from elsewhere within 2 days. There is not even info on the website that we will send once so that I can at least decide if I want to wait weeks.

Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 1 month for the ordered products. What’s even worse is that they have never been able to provide reliable information about when I will receive the goods. The quality of the products seems okay, except for a grater set, which is the joke category. I didn’t expect anything of a high quality as it was very cheap, but if I look at it unfit for work, it was already expensive as the product is about useless. The other products ordered look good. Overall, I can't recommend the webshop, because if you order from a domestic webshop, you don't expect 1 month delivery. I could have ordered from China with so much power.

I read the reviews after ordering. I admit I was a little scared because I read a lot of negative experiences. Nevertheless, if not right away, they did reply to my email and I was given fair information on when my package would arrive.

I personally went into the store because according to the website, the desired product was in stock. Even after 10 minutes of searching in the store, they would not find my phone number and they promised to call me the next day. Of course they didn't call, I had to call. I was informed that I had found it and I could go for it. For the second time, I went into the store where they looked at me questioningly and referred to the ignorance of a customer service colleague. They tried to find the product once more, again without success ... They have no idea about the stock, they inform me aside. Never do anything more from them!

On May 3, 2020, I ordered a drill-driven pump. Unfortunately, I paid for my package by bank transfer. Now let's not mention that even the forwarding has a separate fee, because it doesn't matter ... No confirmation email was received for the purchase, nothing. 3 days after my order, I inquired when my package would arrive after the otherwise 1-2 day deadline. The customer service representative was reassured that he was currently in the packaging phase. On the 11th I wrote to them again about what the situation was then I got the answer to give up that day or the next day. so I guess it didn't happen that way, because it hasn't arrived since. This week on Wednesday I thought I would call them. A kind gentleman reassured him for a few days and sent the package. Oh, I think ... There will still be a couple of awkward conversations by the time I either get my money back or the filter I ordered. Nevertheless, I give it two stars because it was true that I was sent three times without batting with some fake, but at least they were kind. Well, that's something, too. : D
