Waste of time. They can make 1-day deliver to 1-week deliver.

It takes an awful lot of time for one to get in, and then even more time for them to find the package. They are grumpy, the mood inside is depressing, not to mention how condescending they can be. I’ve picked up a package several times that everything was fine (in terms of addressing), yet they tried to tie it in, and most recently they didn’t issue a package that they are required to issue to anyone at another post office without authorization. It wouldn't have been a problem with all this if the lady from the other desk hadn't said something like "they went that way" ... First of all, I absolutely didn't address what I had to say. Second, to the best of my knowledge, it is a rule of conduct and speech toward the client. I don't recommend it to anyone, next time I'd rather ask for my package at another post office, even if it's further away ...

The slowest post office in the world. There was a 72 minute wait for a check to be paid. Deliverers are lazy to write a notice so we don’t get to know about our important packages! Play 1 lottery for 40-45 minutes. They work so slowly that I wouldn't give them half a salary. Joke ... along with the whole management!

The employees of Cívis utca post office are committed and customer-centric. Of course, they are also human, they are not perfect and as we know everyone cannot satisfy everyone. They also take a break from work, which is usually around the south, and there are shift changes when the windows obviously close. There is a heat map at the front door that illustrates the congested and less congested periods. Worth to see. Postal guides would also be worth reading, as they are posted to properly inform incoming residents about local features. English language skills are not mandatory for postal workers, and no language skills other than the mother tongue, it is not a very polite act to reprimand or even make fun of this lack of language skills and the situation. Who can help out the other person be the customer or the postal worker himself. The composition of the Cívis street post office is versatile, many things can be arranged in one place! Anyone with any complaints or suggestions should contact the managers, they too are working to improve the post office to make customers more satisfied!
