Average queue 20 minutes

Slow, long lines in any period. Why don't all the windows ever go?

There is no line at 10 in the morning .... :)

Every time we go in there is a long line. There are few compared to the heap and there would be 4 windows of which only 2 work. The workers are kind and hardworking.

Long queues, slow staff who can avoid it.
