This is not about Dear Ági. I don't want to offend you, but whose responsibility is if not yours. One wash, even added by hand. Conversely, what would you react to ?! I was with him that he was still good at home, but he was in such a poor state that I wouldn't even pick him up to clean. That’s why I wrote now because I got so nervous! Sometimes something is wrong, there is such a thing. Only then is it appropriate for the buyer to offer some option! I didn’t report the problem after months, but after 5 days! I think it would be better to take it out if you are willing to compromise at that time.

I ordered several times from the Minibox webshop. For the most part, I was pleased with the quality of the clothes. I recently ordered a thick hooded tunic with an ironed pattern. I didn’t get a washing instruction, so I turned it over and washed it at 30 degrees, as I have several of these types of tops, and I’ve been washing them like that for years. Unfortunately, this could not stand, the sample dripped from the material. I signaled this to Agnes, to which she showed a surprisingly aggressive and incorrect response. I think you should take responsibility even if you have managed to get a poorer quality out of your hands. So babes, I don’t recommend buying patterned tops printed in the Minibox at all! :(

I love it .. The girls are very nice, I haven't been disappointed in the clothes yet. I like to come here. If you dress, just Minibox. Unique, beautiful, flawless. 💕

In today’s world, it is unacceptable for a website to show a stock of something out of stock. I also experienced flexibility on the part of the company, as one of the products accidentally got a larger size in the basket than it should have been and could be successfully replaced with a smaller one, but I also had a lot of inflexibility when I wanted to choose another product instead of a defective I would have asked, I have already bought from another web store where none of them were a problem!
