Very nice, easy walk around the top of this weird hill. I mean its top was destroyed due to basalt mining, so the hill is truncated. This educational trail demonstrates the basalt, the use cases, the mining and the surrounding flora and fauna

Great place to take photos.

It was a special pleasure that this year’s first snow we saw fell here! However, we didn't see the mountains from the lookout. At least +1 reason to come back.

I recommend it to all ages. Great walk, nicely maintained study trail. It is worth a visit in all seasons. Even in January, as you can see in the pictures :)
