A strong refurbishment would fit. In room two, water is dripping from the ceiling in the center of the shower tray when showering in room 13. Behind the double bed is a moldy wall and crumbling.

The apartment is located near the Spa Center. Clean and comfortable, comfortable for a 4-member family. Heating excellent. Nearby is the market and bakery.
