This place is worse than guantanamo, phlegm porters, the clerk pushes the serial number aside, the man is sent back to this instead of the administration already going with this force. If I don’t have to avoid this place, I’d rather wait an hour in Chernobyl than here then at least I would know that my suffering is coming to an end soon.

More than an hour back from the customer reception time but no serial number is given

The disgusting thing that can not be done here is that the employees think the phone is thinking and talking about their job !!! I find it as outrageous as the steering window works the least of my waiting time for about 1.5 hours!
