Pleasant place for walking, relaxing and fishing. There is also a boating lake in the Jubilee Park, an area that has been one of the venues for the column festival for years.

Also in 1947, in memory of the declaration of the city, next to the Tardona stream, the so-called Jubilee park construction. At the entrance to the park stands a memorial column made and donated to the city by András Sallai, a resident of Jászalsószentgyörgy, one of the builders of Kazincbarcika in the 1950s. The column shows Kazincbarcika's old coat of arms, adopted in 1970.
