Horrible. The phone pickup is unknown to them, whether you call them at noon in the afternoon or at any time. The receptionist is either out of place or is brushing up on his private affairs, even if he is still phlegmatic in talking to you. Doctors take a one and a half hour lunch break if you get in after a 4 hour wait and they don't listen to me at all, though I'm not one of the people who come to them regularly.

In the toilet, paper towels are an unknown concept. 😄
