The dispatcher service is flawless, the driver’s manners and service are under criticism. We traveled in an electric car (for identification). The driver would not let us wash ourselves and was immodest. This is not allowed as a service. If anyone knows where to complain, let me know and I will.

My disabled friend was not taken on and no alternative was found / sought, although it is not very complicated. :)

The car came soon, however the small package placing itself was referring to my wife (only she travelled.

The car got there quickly. The gentleman was cute and very kind. Thank you this time
