They are always very kind helpful. I can only recommend them. Professionals are also service.

However, not everything is fine despite the average opinion of 4.9. Professionally OK., However, customers are often forced to stand in line for a long time. The service is terribly slow, the buyer / seller quantity is out of proportion. The good, I order and then look in today can no longer be a good answer and in the long run will result in customer loss. We are not offered to ask for 1 mobile number and we will notify you when the goods arrive. Instead, check to see if the part has arrived. If you are out of luck, check it out tomorrow, even after tomorrow, until you get bored ... Maybe it would be a solution to hire 1 seller temporarily, even 4 hours a day?

I’ve been to a bike shop / service shop in many parts of the country, but I haven’t had much experience with this level of conscientious work and professionalism elsewhere. They track down any problems, they fully inform the buyer about the specific product, so you always get what you need. My example of why I think this is: I spent 1 week in a training camp at Lake Balaton. I would have started my first workout when the electric transmission didn't move and I took it 90+ percent for the shifts. Of course I didn't have a charging cable, so I couldn't check if the gearbox was bad or just somehow discharged. I was quickly looking for a service online, so I got to Kuszi’s store. We first spoke on the phone 5 minutes before closing, but spared no time trying to get information from his various contacts to help. The next day I took the bike and approx. After 10 phone calls, he managed to get a cable from one of his former customers (dura-ace di2, which is not really common in Hungary). While I was filling the exchange axi, I spent two and a half hours in the store, so I could see exactly how the service and the way customers were treated. Top notch category! And I will be forever grateful to Peter for his help!
