They are extremely flexible and patient, we ordered almost all the furniture from the living room, bedroom and last but not least the kitchen furniture which became very practical, rich in ideas and wonderful. Not to mention the transport, everything was loaded into a 4th floor apartment (no elevator) without a word. I heartily recommend them to everyone we are very happy with. Thank you very much F&R
