Annuska Villa ****

As a family of four people we booked a suite in this hotel. This is our second day here and so far we would not recommend coming here. First of all, the spa area was out of service and was only working partly because we offered to fix it ourself. During the night there was water coming from our roof. In the morning we told reception about it and were told it was going to be fixed during breakfast - that was an empty promise. Even though we put the sign outside the door to clean our room, it was not cleaned. After contacting the reception again, the cleaning lady came into our room and told us that it was our fault because we left some personal belongings on two (out of four) beds. The carpet was dirty, the ash tray was still full, the terrace and bathroom were not cleaned either. Not mentioning changing used drinking glasses and restocking toilet paper. If you are expecting a four star hotel that’s worth the money and sufficient customer service I would recommend to book somewhere else.

Excellent ambiance, kind and caring staff, perfect location close to the lake and all major sightseeing places.

Ridiculously good stay at this unique place. 5 star hotel at 3 star prices. It's a proper boutique hotel not one of the nasty 80s style ones you can stay in for the same price. We stayed in a room with a nice balcony. Personal service, they'll actually talk to you and try and make your holiday better. They have a nice pool, free bicycles- we used almost every day, a luxurious breakfast and fantastic location So as you'll see I really liked it!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is great in a quiet area but also just 5mins walk from the lake Balaton with a few decent restaurants and bars around. The room had a nice quirky decor and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, lots of different options including hot food and lactose-free milk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Tobias who was always smiling and no request or question was a problem for him. Thank you! :-)

A cozy, elegant, good located hotel with specious rooms, in a historic building. It is located next to the city centre and the beach. The staff are nice and polite, though the housekeeper was careless with our plush penguins. Overall it is a good place to be even in the winter.
