Room and place is ok, but breakfast is of pretty low quality.

I would have given the following rating 5/5 if I had not been disappointed in the owners on the morning of our departure !!! After I had discussed (the already paid for) the previous (3/4 8) breakfast the night before because of our early trip, I was well instructed that they didn’t like the “arrival” before 8am for breakfast. So we were disappointed to leave it instead ....... Lesson: no one wants to - have breakfast before -8 o'clock for any reason !!! Clean, spacious rooms with kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes), wi-fi, air conditioning. Huge balconies, (a clothes dryer would have been good), wonderful views. In the garden there is parking, swimming pool, free barbecue. Rich and varied breakfast - get hungry for anyone who stays here. The housewives are very kind, caring. Close to the railway, bus, Aldi, Lake Balaton beach, promenade, Tihany. We had a great time, we will definitely come back, we can only recommend it to everyone. The value for money is very good value for money.
