Beautiful little museum about the history and uses of lavender. Materials and film are in Hungarian and English. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the gift shop and snack window have all kinds of interesting lavender foods. Be sure to visit the fields around Tihany to see the plants themselves!

The exhibition has been renewed recently, lots of interactive items to show the geography and biography of Tihany. Try the levander limonade before you leave the museum.
