Next to the Pottery House, we’re sure we’ll be walking away and it’s almost unmistakable with its colorful pots hung on the fence. The Pottery House consists of two buildings that preserve the traditions of rural construction. The houses of the XIX. They were built in the first half of the 19th century, with stone walls, a cat-stepped gable, and a thatched gable roof. The two buildings already look very good on their own, but the point is in them. Handmade jugs, jars, and plates are just so eye-catching. Here you can learn about the old pottery and also buy from these beautiful hand-painted pots. The pearls of the pottery can be seen here in almost every piece. All folk traditions are reflected in these treasures, which are lined with colored pieces. In the Pottery House we can not only look around, but also shop, so we can take home a little memory from Tihany.
