Hegyestű Geológiai Bemutatóhely

I'd seen Hegyestű from far distance at many Balaton-related hikes, took a while that I finally got to visit it. Wonderful experience.

unique rock formations appear in front of you when you enter this geological park. and if you climb up to the top of this rock you will be rewarded by an amazing view over the lake Balaton.

It's a great view and the staff is nice. It's dog-friendly which is a plus (dogs don't pay admission). You can arrive by car or follow the blue trail it's easy and nice walk.
