Unfortunately, I also have a bad experience. If I could give the "nice" lady -5 stars. My fleet subscription required a sim card format change. On my first visit to the store, it turned out that this could only be done in my presence, just by eye. and address card. Add to that we live 17km from your bony house. 2 days later I went in to get it done quickly, says the "nice" lady that I am not a modest person, but I need an authorization from the owner of a certain company to do this (second way to Bonyhad trash) as it should. After he got it done the first time format change, I dared to ask if it would be nice to copy the phone numbers from the old (big) sim to the new (small) sim, there was a definite "no" answer and that k & h bank has a telephone, maybe do it. ... well thank you very much for your kind words, correct attitude, and once the fate of the lady gives me, I wish my dentist a similar attitude !!
