Surely there are clerks here who understand their job, but I caught the "weakest link" at the time. I wanted to close my current account, but it wasn't enough for 1 hour 25 minutes. Of this, there was a 30-minute wait, despite the fact that only 6-8 customers were waiting in front of us and there were clerks working at at least 12 counters. I was finally able to go to counter 4. Data reconciliation, documents, bank card, etc. After a long minutes, the lady told me that my account was in the red, I had to pay 5411 forints. I knew about it, I paid. I thought we were ready, but I was wrong. The following info came to pay me another 65 forints. Okay, okay, I also paid with a smile. Miss is still searching for a solution, he has no idea what he is doing. The next clever thing came to me to pay some more. But how much ??? Apparently he was just guessing, but he told me to pay another 500 forints. I paid, but it turned out something was still wrong. You are allegedly unable to close my account due to some enforcement matter. It's all weird, he couldn't say anything about the details. If so, why did it only turn out after paying nearly HUF 6,000 in three installments ??? Well, that’s when I told him I wasn’t going to play this game anymore, I didn’t get to sit there all day, pay, sign. They do what I want with my checking account. They can handle and book for years, they don't get a forint from me anymore. They can also start enforcement, they won’t recover anything from me because they can’t. I tried to close my checking account normally, but failed due to an administrator who didn’t understand my job. I will not take any further steps in the cause. I can't recommend Vác OTP to anyone, it's one of the darkest ends in the world! (Who doesn't have a shirt, don't wear it!) Here comes the template answer: "We are extremely sorry that ....."

Terrible clerks, zero helpfulness, pökhend, condescending behavior, unfortunately they can’t interpret the phrase “I’ve arrived on time”. Huge great one star service. Of course I think you'll regret the OTP ... Me too

Arriving on time, surprisingly, they call right away. Then yeah, I drew the wrong number, didn't I? I booked something online. Based on a date, I should have been in line for 10 minutes, but nowhere.
