Longer: I asked for an offer to make a kitchen piece of furniture. Mr. Hegedűs came out to survey the site within 2 weeks, during which time his attitude was very sympathetic, he did a thorough survey and suggested a few clever solutions for some details. I had previously received a plan and a quote from the home studio of a premium German kitchen furniture manufacturer, but on the one hand I found the price a bit high and (and really visited Kreart furniture for this reason) the previously named studio was more inflexible in some design details. Since basically for Mr. Hegedűs I forwarded all the plans and data I received from the kitchen studio (unfortunately I made a mistake here as well) and told him what details I was expecting an offer from him for the kitchen furniture, after the survey I hoped that soon we can agree. Unfortunately, I didn’t even hear his news for 2 weeks, so I dared to call; he claims to have sent the offer a long time ago; on my third phone call, he "found out" that his "computer scientist" had found a bug in the mail system, so the offer "got stuck". I asked you to send it from a private email address (Gmail, or the like), I thought in 2019 this would no longer be an obstacle for a European (no, Balkan ...) business, but unfortunately this complicated task proved to be impossible. .. Then, with great difficulty, on my 5th phone call, the "computer scientist" "corrected the error." Then came the black soup: The offer included a single item in total: "Kitchen Furniture," based on site sketches. I received an astonishing offer for the first time, which was ~ 20% higher than the German premium manufacturer mentioned earlier; since we stated in the bidding that I would ask for furniture from the same supplier with the same materials as in the kitchen studio's offer, it was incomprehensible to me how the final price of a "suffix manufacturer" in Őrbottyán could be 20% higher than a long-established German kitchen studio ... Going beyond the price issue, I asked over the phone that it was okay to send this offer, but where are the attachments, the “on-site blueprints” on which you made this cost estimate? "Yeah, well the same as the plans of the German kitchen studio, only with the modifications discussed ... I'm not going to model for him without an order because it's a lot of work.". Yeah, I get it. So the kitchen studio made the visual design (interesting, they were willing to put in that awful lot of work, about 1 hour of work, even without an order), I sent it to him in good faith (I made a mistake) and then after I ran for 2 weeks after the offer, there was skin a in his picture to say that there is a competitor’s offer, he also does it for 20% more. For all this wonderful attitude, of course, he asked for HUF 12,000 at the on-site survey, and he certainly sent the invoice to my e-mail address, I just think it was "stuck" as the offer for almost 2 weeks ....
