Super!!!
A month ago, I ordered a coffee table, for the delivery of which you specified a time interval on the store’s website that had already expired a week ago. I haven't received any notification since then, and after my inquiries over the phone, I was informed that the product wouldn't know when it would arrive in stock at all. In this case, I would obviously have considered ordering at all if I had to wait months for delivery.
The product I ordered was on the website that is in stock, delivery is a few business days. After a couple of working days, I inquired about my order, and I received the answer that it would arrive in September-November. The minimum would have been to signal this fact on their own. It's good that I didn't pay in advance.
They are very kind, helpful in customer service! We have a pleasant experience and the products ordered are wonderful!
