Difficult people, hard to communicate with. They hardly ever pick up the phone and never call back.
Project is delayed - its over 1 year and still not completed. Be careful with prepayment.,
Communication is spotty sometimes.
They are not cheap.
They help with the design itself, and understand what you want, and how to make it look good, adjust it to your living space, etc...
The final product is beautiful.
The whole process wasn't a breeze, but we are very happy with what we got!
