My packages disappear regularly, now there are some that have been in the mail for 5 days, but I haven't been notified. In 20 cases I complained about a missing package, if they respond, it is still only max. so much so that they will draw the attention of their co-workers to more prudent work. You have to be in line for half an hour all the time, only one of the three windows is open and the administration is terribly slow there too! In addition, after standing in line for half an hour, they even slow down the administration by asking if they want a scratch card, insurance! If the post office didn’t have a monopoly position, I wouldn’t want anything from the company! the postman comes out, he doesn't ring in once, he just throws in the paper that the recipient wasn't at home, you can go to the post office to stand in line (long "snakes swarm" partly because of this) it didn't happen once and not just with me. Bravo, beautiful Hungarian work!

Shame, there are two windows with reference to covid, the end of the line at misterminit, no matter if it is pouring rain or -10 degrees, you have to line up in the same way with your luggage, the complainant doesn't work, shame, shame ...

It would be much better if the pick-up point was in a separate part again, you wouldn't have to wait that long.
