Out of helpfulness, I think the place is remarkable if I called them and they couldn't pick up the phone. They called me back. In terms of prices, the cheapest thing is when it comes to additional stuff, eg PS4 controller

I am perfectly satisfied with the console world store, telephone customer service, delivery time and information. They are incredibly helpful and kind on the phone, they even wrapped a small gift next to the delivered product, which is cute. In addition to all this, the reason for the 4 stars is that although I was maximally satisfied with everything when I returned a freshly purchased, factory defective external hard drive (pre-arranged by phone, they were waiting for me), the young service man seemed to want to directly downgrade. He can't behave (I'm much older, but when I enter, "I wish you a good day" half-shouldered "hi!" And then quivered all the way through), he couldn't give a normal answer to a question because he couldn’t even tell me he didn’t even want to know what kind of earphones they had, just to say a price for how much I wanted, like kofas). It’s best to drive back and forth 110km to replace the faulty product I got and all I could say was apologize for the inconvenience or something (even if it wasn’t their fault). I don’t want any inconvenience to the young man, but I hope if the post gets to him at all that he learns a little from it and at least talks normally to someone who normally enters the business with a good mood.
