Phlegm-style unhelpful lady at window 5, "Come back in 1 week that your credit card is here, we won't let anyone know." It's good that an older clerk died and sat 2 places ahead and signaled and brought my card, so she thanks he didn't have to wait in line on the street in 1 week.

None of the staff knows English and doesn't even want to help. They said that the OTP card can only be opened if there is a Hungarian seven-card. This office is not recommended to anyone.
