They also run a Facebook group (Toyota Auris Club (original)). They are the admins, so there can be no negative criticism of them. My advice to them is to be careful and cautious with them! Since only good ones can be heard or read about on the internet, I chose the Cooper-Car Hybrid Center to buy an Outlander PHEV vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience with them is as follows. The car was not handed over in the condition they were told, as advertised in the photos. The battery capacity was said to be only 74% instead of 88%. Furthermore, when I reviewed it, I also thought I discovered two damaged items that are not visible in the photos or are only minimally removable (not to mention that the quality of the photos is not acceptable either). See pictures! The car was not allowed to be taken anywhere for inspection until the full purchase price was paid because they were not moving a high-value car in circulation. Unfortunately, my experience is that after being paid, they drove 200km by car despite the fact that they went out of my car bought with a full tank. The car was promised to be handed over with fresh service (replacement of oil + filters), certified by invoice, stamped in a service book, but this was not the case. See pictures! While the car was waiting for a shift at their site, mysteriously, my hat rack, warning triangle, and visibility vest also disappeared from the car, even though they verified belonged to the vehicle, as you can see in the photo I attached. I do not recommend them to anyone because they will deal with you until you pay the deposit and then if you have any objections to the car, you will drop the deposit (20%)! In the spring of 2020, I managed to buy a very nice black Lexus Is300h from them. 2016 copy price value in gold was perfect for me. Everything went well with the transfer-transcription. The car did not disappoint 30,000km since then it has been done without error as a work car on my site 🤗. I recommend it to anyone thinking of a Hybrid car! And let’s not forget about their service, which I will also use every year! (hybrid battery cooling cleaning, egr, cooling gap, etc.).

Kind, professional, willing and thorough information, administration, excellent, almost saloon used cars. They also undertake some maintenance work. The parking lot and the entrance are barrier-free, there is a play area, but there is no card payment. You need to know that cars are brought in from abroad, the deposit is requested before import, so it should be put down as soon as you only see pictures of the car. There is also a mandatory test drive. They are very reliable so you can go into the business with confidence. They know everything there is to know about Toyota / Lexus hybrids, feel free to ask them anything. If card payment is introduced, 5 stars will go right away!

Hi. Last May we took two Auris from them with my partner, a pre-facelift and a post-facelift specimen. Everything the two cars come to go does its job with zero problems. Unfortunately we still have to refuel, but this should be our only release. I can only recommend them to everyone. Keep it up.
