Hotel Vesta

Food and wellness was good. Hotel is clean. Booked allinclusive - big mistake. You are being monitored all the time. When ordering drinks people serving are rude and make you feel uncomfortable, always make unnecessary comments like "soon is your check out time " never experienced anything like this. My daughter after 10am asked for water and was told she has to pay.. Employes gathering together in tarrace next to the guest smoking and complaints about working here. Not great feeling. Atmosphere Feels like 80's. Rooms extremely cold - there is no heating. Would I recommend this place to my friends ?? - NO Will I come back again ? BIG NO.

I can only recommend. Clean tidy rooms with good beds. Breakfast lunch dinner, very delicious.

Very new, the staff is kindly helpful. The quality of the food is good. What can still be developed: There’s so much “nothing” that if you don’t take care of your GPS on a farm road (the website will also indicate what you type!). As there are many buildings the reception could be a little better signaled. An information would have been needed in the rooms and a home phone would not have been superfluous either. I would also put in two glasses of water, who knows, maybe there are guests who would take an aspirin. We were three nights, but the maid was not in. I understand, there shouldn't have been cleaning, but charging consumable equipment would still be worth it. It is very strange that there is no tablecloth in the dining room and we eat from the bare table. The food is good, but don’t expect any specials. The tools used for picking are in the bowls, so there was soup from which I couldn’t take because the spoon was so hot. Used plates are often not collected. so by the end of dinner the table is full. The cakes are weak and it also hurts because there is an elite confectionery in the village. The wellness is good for schoolchildren and those who can sit in the warm water all day. Nothing in between, you can't swim a meter. We lived above the wellness, the noise of the pools is disturbing at night. The efficiency of the central climate is poor. A few days is not bad, we attribute some of the mistakes to inexperience, a good part of them can be remedied!

Brand new hotel with tastefully decorated interiors. Standard size rooms with a huge terrace. very comfortable bed with built-in lighting (it would be good to know where the mattress and pillows were obtained, quilt I would get used to at home soon) covered herd. The thermal department consists of an indoor and an outdoor pool, the water of which is changed every day, a very classy children's pool with slides and whirlpools inside as well. The restaurant’s buffet selection is large and tastes good, with everyone finding cooked and cold food to suit their taste. Some mistakes, shortcomings for which I only gave four stars: The staff I think is a bit inexperienced and clueless. In American style, regardless of age or gender, the staff smoothly hangs out the GUEST (not typical of Hungarian hotels), otherwise they are kind, polite and helpful. The USB connector in the room does not charge but sucks up the phone (from 27% to 2%), There is no policy in the room, no escape route is designated (at least I haven't seen a true Bible) It is life-threatening to let a small child alone on the terrace because the railing is far from the edge of the terrace where the tin plate bends under the child's weight and the gap can fall out (I think this can be fixed). Now I understand why most hotels refuse to accept pets because they disturb other guests. Now all of a sudden it came to my mind, we spent a very pleasant 3 days enjoying the hospitality of the Thermal Hotel Vesta, we had a great time I RECOMMEND to try it. Thomas
