Nógrád

A lovely station with a sight to the hill of the Castle of Nograd (ruins)

Cute little town, surrounded by mountains and forests, great area for hiking, sunny and stormy weather both looks great with the sight. If you go up to the remains of the old Nógrád castle, you'll see the whole region below you.

Partially nicely arranged (except for the loader area with the rolling mobile toilet) with a small station, nice staff. No ticketing.

Once, we waited 30 minutes for a class trip because we wanted to get down at Berkenye, but the door didn't open, and the guide forgot us and we talked to him. I don't understand how a whole class can be forgotten, but it doesn't matter. The stop was depressing, dirty, dampened.

It's a good place to go with the potter.
