There were plenty of miscommunication including rooms, the food and it got pretty unfriendly. However after arrival they've been nice and helpful and tried to resolve the problems. The place was a bit run down, missing badly recurring maintenance like light bulbs or the shower head, but overall it's not bad. It's situated in the middle of a beautiful area and plenty of hiking trails all over.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they greeted us with a warm pot of tea. The facilities are perfect and the surrounding environment is beautiful for walks.

Pleasant resting place in Börzsöny. Along Királyréti út, the air is very clean and healthy. The forest is beautiful in all seasons. Opposite the hotel is a small lake that is worth walking around. The lumberjacks also work diligently, logging in order.

It was fantastic, beautiful rooms, cultured, clean, well-functioning Wifi;)
