Almáskert Fogadó

I attended one of my best friends' wedding party here. The staff was really nice and their food was great. The place has a really nice ambience, it's situated amongst hills and there was also a small stream. I'm sure, I will come back here later.

They are nice and keep the place clean, the view is nice, although you could still work on the beauty of the balcony. There is only 1 coffee per person in the morning, but that comes with the room. We asked for accommodation without breakfast, without lunch, what I missed is that what we bought in the store we couldn't pack. Neither plate nor knife nor fork is exposed for such use. It was a good place anyway, you can watch the sunrise from the balcony, it's worth going there. :)

Accommodation: Common large space was not available. Szallas.hu promises a large common space and a restaurant, which is only available on weekends. Several of us could sit out, but only in the yard, where we could no longer see anything in the evening because lighting was not available to us. The walls of the rooms were paper-thin, and a roaring extractor hood was audible in the room two meters away. There were coffee cups and glasses provided that we could only wash in the bathroom ... Google says there is wifi, but there really isn’t. That should be improved. The staff we met specifically were not guest friends, there were those who refused to return. The accommodation itself was clean, albeit cramped. The area was beautiful and quiet.

We were only in the restaurant for lunch, but unfortunately we were disappointed with the food. The soup was tasteless, the middle of the grilled catfish was raw, garnished rice was not fresh and dry. Compared to that, it wasn't cheap. The service and environment were completely fine anyway.

Extremely delicious food, very kind and fast service! We look forward to coming back here!
