Berkenye

There is nothing at the station, but you can get to Balassagyarmat or Vac. And from there to Nagymaros. The ticket can be purchased from the conductor. You can immediately return (retur). 2009 was the centenary of the line.

Berkina (in German) is small but nice. In a valley one of the most beautiful and cleanest villages in the country, schönstenBerkenye❣, is surrounded by the beautiful Börzsöny Mountains

There is a bench, covered in the case of waiting rain (no heating, windows broken). The fountain does not work, there is no drinking water. The flight frequency is very good in relation to the size of the place and the passenger traffic.
