Bad service and ignorant of all dietary requirements despite prior notification. Ex. Pretended that normal cheese was vegan cheese until asked to provide the packet

I found bugs in a room and the food was horrible!

The food is bad, the rooms are worse, insects everywhere, food causes poisoning.
