Today I visited the institution for the first time, including the central laboratory. Asking for directions, they said I could go in through the emergency entrance. He communicated all this in an unclassifiable style, tone, and howl. I was so shocked that I couldn’t even react. I admit that I made a mistake, I tried to go in through the wrong door, yet I ask myself for this kind of manifestation, such behavior simply cannot be afforded by someone who deals with people. At home, this behavior may be accustomed to by the "kind" "lady," but it's a hospital. If you can’t manifest yourself normally towards hospital visitors, I suggest you look for another job.

Patient referral / appointment cannot be reached after several days of telephone attempts. In times of coronavirus, one has to go in person to see if you can pick something up. And at the front desk, people are asked to stand behind the yellow line in an inappropriate tone. And the TAJ card is not accessible from there. Then they complain while they are protected by a large plexiglass wall.
