The place and environment are both wonderful. The Buddhist garden is appealing. Lovely animals, great Japanese Bath. There was this funnily dressed monk-like critter who reprimanded an odd 30 crowd of adult visitors in the sound chamber for their children's impertinent behaviour who had the cheek to sound some of the instruments. Now, that was disappointing to say the least. Oh, and it also ruined our pensive mood. We feel such a place does not deserve such mentality. So four stars instead of five.

We had a lunch with friends, everything was delicious, the food was fresh, properly prepared and a great value for the price. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful servers. We highly recommend it.

Three of us had late lunch there on a Monday, perhaps not the best choice if you are looking for great food... the soups were OK, the main courses' side dishes must have been mixed up, and all three were lukewarm at best. But we were hungry... However, ... I must add that we were talking in English - because of my English husband - but 2 of us did talk in Hungarian as well. The bill was presented to my husband, who glanced at it , felt it was a bit high, but never thought about it twice until the evening when we had a proper look at this bill - only to find that we had been overcharged 8280 Ft! The 3 of us paid for 5 soups and 5 main courses! I have the nasty suspicion that this was NOT a genuine mistake!

At the end of a Buddhist getaway, the choice fell to the place for dinner and confidently brought the expectation. Cozy interior, sophisticated, clean, winterized terrace, comfortable, solid chairs and tables. A Hungarian menu, which is given a special impetus by the selection of geese on Martin's Day. -delicious knuckle bean soup, creamy sweet potato soup, good kind of beef stew soup, all in appropriate doses. -excellent, crumbly goose meat stew roasted in fresh loaf, with a specially assigned sheep's cheese strapacka, which is a fine, garnish-rich, delicious accessory garnish. Fresh cheese and chops, all in the slightly cumbersome serving of the officially two, but in practice a waiter, which, except for the passage of time, was ultimately a fleet. The price range is a bit higher than usual, especially since it didn’t include coffee and dessert (specifically unimaginative, just a pancake offer), but it might be worth it for the visitor. Moves at the recommended level.
