During a warranty service, it was not possible to decide (over a month) on a defective part whether it should be paid for or warranted. Loading with reference to the regional representative !!! I do not recommend this brand to anyone. avoid this creature in a big arc!

Dear Suzuki Molnár! I was thinking a lot about describing my experiences. I decided to do it for others. The 10-year-old Suzuki SX4 fired the airbag lightbulb. A familiar car mechanic has read the error (pronging error indicated), but said that he can not fix it, take it to a specialist service. That's why I turned to Suzuki Molnár. It all started to give me a date on August 3, 2 hours (personally I asked, not by phone). But when I went there it turned out that it was written for the previous week. But they were still welcoming the car. I told him what the mistake was, and I wanted to fix it, and I was able to find out the mistake. They said that the error code should be read to them as well, only after they can fix it. I accepted this and paid the 6.500.-ft error code reading. They even found the mistake I told you. From this point on, the interesting part of the thing started. They reported that they did not have their parts in stock and therefore can not take the fix now, but the next day they'll call me when I can take the car. Since they did not even come after two days, I called the service. It was stated that it should be clarified with the factory (?) How the fix can be improved, but will be called. Two days later, again, I called them again. It has been reported that there is a problem with the pretensioner cartridge and there is a need to replace some parts but it can only be replaced in pairs, so the part will be 30,000 .- Ft. I told you so much. When I take the car. They said they would look at it, can not it be solved and called again. Several days later, but they were not called. Then I called again. They reported that they have bad news because the entire pipeline system needs to be replaced and it's $ 95,000 !!! parts. This is a bit sluggish because this fee is not even there. But I would have to go into this too, because with a fault, the car will not go through the technical exam. I asked you how to proceed now. Again they said they would still look at what they can do and call. Now it's September 22, it's been more than a month and it has not been called since. Meanwhile, on the advice of my acquaintance, I showed the car to a BMW electric car repair technician who took up the car and repaired it for 8,000 .- Ft !!!!
