During my three telephone inquiries, they answered my questions in unqualified style and content. Fortunately, I was not tied to them, because it was not a funeral in Móvár, only in the area, so I arranged the funeral with another funeral company. I would not recommend them to anyone for what they do with everything but service. Clerks may be tired because there is a lot of work to do due to the epidemic, but a cultured, courteous communication is a basic requirement everywhere, and a funeral home company has an even higher expectation (at least mine). (The one star I gave is not worth it either, but without the star the rating cannot be sent.)

Very respectful, deeply compassionate, willing office workers! Despite the austerities caused by the coronavirus, I did everything I could to say goodbye to my mother. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!

Catastrophic administration, the worst administrative lady I ever had. At 2 o'clock we have a funeral, at 1 o'clock the grave is not digging, we can't take the ashes because nobody is here from the company. We called them and told us that Kilitin was dead and late. I have never met such a company in my life who does not respect the dead or the grieving family.

I can only say good. The people who work there are empathetic and friendly. Administration is fast and flexible.
