Budaörs store, not sure if Győr any different: Horrible, terrible experience . STAY AWAY!!! We spent over 770.000 forint. The salespeople were nice. We had to pay CASH deposit, (ok). When the furniture was ready, I had to pay cash in the store before they would deliver. I didn’t see it, and they took my order papers and gave me warranty papers and receipt. NO ONE EVER TOLD US THE FURNITURE WOULD BE DELIVERED UNASSEMBLED!!! Then the delivery company (not owned by the store) demanded 20% of the purchase price for them to assemble. The couch would not fit through our door, they told us they would leVe it in the rain and we should take it apart ourselves and put it back together. After they left (with the couch) we discovered the leather bed that was in boxes was the wrong color! On Friday at the store the salesperson assured us that they would have qualified assembly people out, that she knew we got the wrong color, that they could have qualified people take the couch apart and bring it inside. We felt better. Now they say she has quit; are claiming we ordered that color bed; that the only assembly is by the delivery guys at 20% and THEY LAUGH AND HANG UP WJEN WE ADK FOR THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE OWNER!!!!

5 years ago I bought a corner sofa in the Győr store for 280,000 ft. The store is said to be the best quality leather fabric. According to the description, this bus seat cover rivals the wear resistance, unfortunately the miracle cover was now completely cracked, the top layer was torn off. Aesthetically disgusting! I will never buy from them again.

We would have found a suitable sofa, but due to the rudeness of the sales lady, we turned out of the store instead. He didn't like the fact that we arrived in a stroller!

We ordered a sofa before October last year. It was promised that it would be in December. An order form was signed with us for 6 months, This is how it came ... In March of the following year, after a long phone call and poisoning, it arrived in March ... but it didn't end there either. The price of the sofa cost 340,000 ft.) We went back in person to the store where they could not help us. where the picture can be seen to decide what the fate of the sofa should be.With a large wire Vona was admitted to be defective in material and it is replaced.We received a replacement sofa (120.000f t os) ours was taken for exchange in January this year..now it's June.We still don't have a couch..they can't even tell me what the store will be in. So whoever reads this long review..maybe he can decide if he wants this buy a sofa here! 🤔👍😣
