Interestingly ... we would have received money back from an insured person for an overpayment. The commissioner was told he had been posted about a 3 week story if not more. but since it was not sent back it is probable that someone took it over. The post office said no money was received for that name. Then when we tried to call the insurer that then we suddenly had just received money. They did not ask for an ID card or address card. A scratch of paper was scraped off and an amount was written on a piece of paper and paid for. We did not receive the note stating the amount of the refund. And we didn't even sign anything. It is below criticism. 👏
