OTP Bank

I give 3 stars for kindness, but on the other hand I wouldn’t really give more. Earlier this month, I brought in a certain paper that I had to sign. The lady didn't ask me for any documents, in fact, anyone could have signed it for me. I got an email from the organization in the middle of the month where my papers should have arrived, but that didn’t happen. As it turned out, one half of the papers rested on the shelf with me because the lady had given me back what she should have sent. So the 2 weeks of administration didn't become anything, we are here at the end of the month, and at my own expense I have to mail the unsent papers ...

Unfortunately 0 is not there, though I'd prefer it .. At 15:30 on Thursday, I talk to an OTP employee that it's late to open an account, so they wait until tomorrow, Friday to open. I am tired on Friday morning (not because of the 20km distance), but when I start the administration, they tell me after a quarter of an hour, after copying my files, that the system has crashed (competence, resolution is zero). to get notified by phone for fatigue signature (time, energy, money) needed to complete the straw .. Monday afternoon is 4pm, working with "collapsed" system since Friday 3/4 9 .. So much for the client .. The other one, while in Keszthely, moved to a monthly package of around $ 500 during my stay abroad. From now on I do not recommend the OTP account to anyone! But.. Good luck in the future for this "job" ..

Now went to the bank for the second time on the same matter. Another number drawn, in German, again and again waited forever, even though the bank was completely empty, nothing happened, only a shrug on request! For the second time leave the bank after waiting an hour without being called! This is zero customer friendly and a no go these days !! The main thing is to book nice fees for everything without consideration! Will change the bank. Can't recommend the bank! A pity

Our second appointment at OTP Bank. Some waiting time despite email reservation Germany, but no problem. Important was the communication in German. That worked very well. Also, the documents discussed at the first appointment were on site. Everything great. We have chosen OTP Bank as our Hungarian house bank and feel well advised there. It is a great pity that the maintenance management works so badly, at least for Germans. At the entrance one pulls a mark, on which a number stands. If you press on the German flag, you have no further options. This then leads to seeing streams of customers passing by, which are processed while waiting for hours themselves. In my opinion, this is racist, anti-German and unfair. Maybe a certain amount of post-socialism plays a role. Add to that the hefty fees for each transaction and a badly functioning banking program. All in all, not recommended.
