The business is easily accessible. Because it’s just an affiliate business, they can’t handle everything or know the information on a particular issue differently than they do at customer service. Basic things can be handled flexibly. The queue tends to be big enough, you have to catch it so you don’t have to wait 20-30 minutes until we’re queuing.
