Very friendly and nice staff. Top notch customer service. Great location. Definitely going back, the best Starbucks for me.
I loved this Starbucks before, however today I had the worst experience here.
The server was very rude to me.
Also the chicken pesto sandwich, didn’t have barely any pesto in it. I saw that she was making more pesto sandwiches, so I asked if there are more available than just 1. She said there wasn’t.
I didn’t get my rewards gift today either. However I saw that there were still some on the counter.
When I asked if I could get one of those, she said no.
I am very disappointed.

They were very very rude, worst experience with sb ever! They cleaned the toilet 40 minutes before closing and they told us we cannot use the toilet. I had to ask the bartender again if he is really serious (I asked politely) and he told us to wait and “maybe” we could use it. A lady, perhaps a coworker, the only other person who was in the cafe could use the toilet. We just waited there 30 minutes and that amazing bartender didn’t say anything so we just left.
We bought drinks and cakes there obviously and noone else was there only another coworker.
Btw the interior looked cheap and the sealing is super low, feels like a basement, never seen such a cheap sb with such a horrible service. Hope this place will go bankrupt because this is not the lvl of sb and I hope not the lvl of acceptable Hungarian hospitality either.
