I bought some Krill oil and herbal tea here
Not the best customer experience :(
I like Drogerie markt in general, but I really don't understand this particular store. I mean how can a store, that sells baby grooming and feeding products not be made accessible by strolleys? Not mentioning disabled people. There's a three-step staircase at the entrance and half of the store is in the basement, and can only be accessed by - once again- a long staircase. DM has a baby and child friendly image, and yet they don't pay attention to this in the 21st century.
Customer care is really good in this dm
Terrible service!!! I was looking for earplugs and asked for help but the lady at the checkout said something in hungarian, looked at me looking rude and turned away. Luckily I found the earplugs at the pharmacy next door. What kind of idiot serves paying customers like this!?
