I took a coat to clean, it was basically a success. After work I would have picked it up at 17.52, it was no longer open (they are on paper until 18.00). The next morning I went in for it, the reader employee just came out to greet me several times, he didn’t greet me. My answer to what was the night before was just a shrug.
So not only is the customer experience damaged, the basic service is no longer impeccable (see opening hours). I wanted to give a triple, but that's two.

I submitted my "sealed" sleeve jacket to clean. Upon receipt, I was sad to find that I received the jacket back in the same way. To my question about the effectiveness of the cleaning, the lady pointed to the inscription "no guarantee" on the receipt fecnin. My appearance in the store (understand customer) was visibly confusing to the staff. I promise I will never bother you again.
I took a hat to clean, they returned it just as dirty, when they complained, they said they couldn’t get everything out of it. The money was, of course, fenced off.
(Interestingly, they managed to clean it up for a second run ...)
