Very little English, but nice. Small but good selection of comfortable shoes. Tramping around foreign parts takes a toll on your feet. I checked this place out for some insoles. (Insoles are for sale about every other block in Budapest, but I wanted some custom ones.) Zoltan fixed me up in about a half an hour, then rechecked and adjusted them a couple weeks later. All at a small fraction the cost of my American podiatrist. Some other Dr. Otto places have some poor reviews, but this was certainly not my experience here.

Thank you very much for your courteous, kind service! The pad in my slippers was very good. I spent a pleasant half hour there. I managed to buy a comfortable, pretty sandals 40% cheaper. That should be a good deal!

My insole hasn't been made in a month ... my pair is being shaken off, the dispatcher is pushing the phone on me on the grounds that I don't have time to pick up my order because the other phones are ringing ... while my leg hurts and then I go to another company. Joke!!! I have never had anything to do with such handling client management. Even that one star is an exaggeration.

At 4:59 p.m., the cluttered tableau was received, (my stomach would make a nice bouquet) At 5:03 p.m., when the last buyer came out, I politely asked them to give me a piece of cake quickly. They were denied! We're not going here anymore! We've left a lot of money there! I did not know why it is only open until 17, when people are at work when they do! If the business is not very focused, the opening hours can really be respected.

I've been there for the third time and have always been very kind and quick, and the work I've done has never been a problem! I strongly recommend to everyone and thank you for your work! :-)
